What is your return policy for vintage clothing?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received with all Thrifted.com tags attached. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How often do you drop new inventory?
We add hundreds of unique pieces to our collection every Tuesday and Friday at 10:00 AM EST. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to get early access to our latest curated finds.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
How do I know if an item will fit me?
Since vintage sizing can vary significantly from modern standards, we provide exact measurements (chest, length, waist, and inseam) in the product description for every garment. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item you already own.
Are the clothes washed before they are shipped?
To maintain the integrity of vintage fabrics and reduce our environmental impact, we professionally steam-clean all items. However, we recommend a standard wash or dry clean upon arrival according to the care label instructions.
