All returned garments must be in their original condition with all Thrifted security tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original vintage tags and store labels remain intact.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
